It is important to read the manual before your first session, follow all safety guidance, and stop immediately if you experience any discomfort. If you have any medical condition or are unsure whether EMS is suitable for you, speak to your GP first.

EMS is not suitable for everyone. Do not use EMS if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have a heart condition unless cleared by your GP. You should also avoid using EMS over metal implants, on broken or irritated skin, or on areas with poor circulation. If you are unsure, consult a medical professional before use. Most people describe it as a gentle tingling or pulsing sensation. As intensity increases, the feeling becomes more like a muscle contraction — similar to the sensation of your muscles working during exercise. The intensity is fully adjustable, so you can start low and find a level that feels comfortable. It should never be painful. If a session feels uncomfortable, simply lower the intensity or stop.

AURAE is designed for regular, convenient use as part of your wellness and fitness routine. Typical sessions last between 15 and 30 minutes. Many people use EMS a few times a week, but the right frequency depends on your goals and how your body responds. We recommend following the guidance in the user manual and starting gradually — a few short sessions a week is a good place to begin.
