• Focus indicators are clearly visible on all interactive elements.
• Skip-to-content link is the first tabbable element on every page.
• The site is designed to be responsive at every viewport size.

4. Known limitations

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website. At this time:

• Some third-party embedded content (such as WhatsApp chat links) may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We are limited by the third-party service.
• Older PDF documents (such as archived user manuals) may not be fully accessible. If you need an accessible version of any document, please contact us.
