These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase of AURAE Wellness products. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all sales of products by AURAE Wellness to consumers in the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. The contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Until that point, no contract exists and we may decline to accept an order.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in packaging, colour, or product design may occur without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Price and payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.
• Payment is taken at the time of your order.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatching an order.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Safety and suitability

Please read the user manual before using any AURAE product. EMS is not suitable for everyone. Do not use EMS if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have a heart condition unless cleared by your GP. AURAE products are wellness and fitness products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

8. Warranty

Our products come with a 2-year manufacturer-backed warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear to the conductive pads. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect use, or failure to follow the user manual.

10. Intellectual property

All content on our website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of AURAE Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
