Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We refund the product cost and the standard outbound delivery charge. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it was faulty.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of conductive pads that have been used, unless faulty. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. The control unit and accessories can be returned if unopened and in original condition.
